Managing Groups
Table of Contents
Introduction
To create or manage groups, navigate to Learners > Groups. There are two types of groups available:
Static Group: Membership of a static group is managed manually. Admins will need to add or remove learners as needed. Groups created when importing learners via CSV or using Active Directory Synchronizer will be created as static groups.
Dynamic Group: Dynamic Groups allow learners to automatically be added to or removed from a group based on attributes in their learner profile or other metrics such as phished count. Dynamic Groups can help you to better target PhishSim and AwareEd Campaigns or identify potential risk points within your organization.
Note: Dynamic group membership is updated at the top and bottom of every hour. When creating or updating dynamic groups please allow up to 30 minutes for the group to populate or update.
